I believe the person who knows the best path forward for you is you. My role as a therapist is not to direct or define your journey, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, support, and care. As a social justice advocate, I’m committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces where you feel empowered to grow and heal in ways that honor who you are.

I know firsthand that therapy is most effective when it feels authentic and personal. I’ve been on my own journey and understand the courage it takes to seek support and the growth that can come from it. Outside of work, I love music, concerts, travel, and spending time in nature—places where I feel most at home. I enjoy cooking, crocheting, reading, and family time, and I cherish walks with my three dogs, snuggles with my cat, and quiet moments to recharge.

Together, we’ll create a nurturing environment where you can unpack your experiences and begin your healing journey. You don’t have to carry your burdens alone—we’ll work toward clarity, peace, and empowerment, side by side.
My Approach
My therapeutic style is humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I prioritize not pathologizing natural human responses to life and the world, instead focusing on your strengths and resilience. My perspective considers the person in their environment and the systems you navigate each day. I integrate interventions like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support your growth and healing. In our work, we’ll explore how past experiences connect to the present, building awareness that can guide lasting change. I also practice from a place of cultural humility, openness to alternative spiritual practices, and respect for diverse lifestyles. My care is affirming and inclusive, with a special focus on supporting individuals navigating complex trauma, ADHD, ASD, BPD, and members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
